We offer worldwide shipping. Availability may vary depending on destination and local regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipments to certain regions where delivery is not secure or legally permitted.

2. Production Timeline

All products are crafted after order confirmation:

  • Standard jewelry: 10–15 business days
  • Custom jewelry: 15–20 business days

Production begins only after successful payment and order confirmation.

3. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after production completion.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 10–12 business days
  • International: 15–20 business days

4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Additional verification (ID or contact confirmation) may be required for high value shipments.

5. Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by their country.

6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier; however, we maintain shipping insurance and will reasonably assist customers in resolving transit-related issues in accordance with carrier policies and applicable laws.

7. Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kioraa Jewel LLC is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

8. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain interruptions

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage or loss.

10. Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our international production and logistics network to ensure quality craftsmanship and global delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

4. Claims Process
Proof of purchase is required. Customers must contact support@kioraajewel.com to initiate a claim.

5. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping items to us. Return shipping is covered within the United States.

6. Repair Timeline
Repairs are typically completed within 15–20 business days.

7. Limitations
