Return & Refund Policy

At Kioraa Jewel LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We proudly offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and certification
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Special order pieces

3. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@kioraajewel.com within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Items must be shipped back within 7–10 business days of approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

7. Policy Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of our return policy.


Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund
  • After 24 hours: Up to 10% fee
  • Once production begins: Cancellation may not be possible

Custom or engraved items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
