A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond crystal created through CVD or HPHT technology. It has the same fundamental chemical, physical, and optical characteristics as a mined diamond; what differs is its origin.
Will my diamond include a grading report?
Where an independent grading report is included, it is stated clearly on the product page and supplied with the finished piece. For a custom order, we confirm the stone documentation before you approve the design.
How does Kioraa select its stones?
We assess cut, color, clarity, carat weight, proportions, and visible light performance. Side stones are also matched carefully so the finished setting feels balanced rather than assembled from unrelated parts.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Standard and custom pieces can follow different terms, especially after engraving, resizing, or personal design work. The policy that applies to your piece is shown before checkout, and our team can clarify it before you order.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Timing depends on the design, metal, stone, and destination. We confirm the current production window before your order is finalized; if you have a proposal, ceremony, or gift date, tell us first so we can answer honestly.
