Return & Refund Policy

Simple, transparent returns designed to give you complete confidence.

At Kioraa Jewel LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be a standard design, unused, unworn and in original condition
- Include the original packaging and certification reports
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

A standard design made in one of our listed ring sizes is eligible for return. Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration, or that have been resized after delivery, will not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
- Custom or individually commissioned designs
- Engraved items
- Any piece that we told you before purchase cannot be returned (for example, a size outside our listed ring sizes)

Items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect are always covered. See section 4.

3. Return Authorization Process
To start a return, email support@kioraajewel.com within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7-10 business days of approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays insured return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as the item remains yours until it reaches us. We pay return shipping when the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds
Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. There is no restocking fee for eligible standard returns. Return shipping that you paid for a change-of-mind return is not refunded.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for eligible standard items, under the same conditions as returns. Any price difference is charged or refunded.

7. Resizing
Resizing is available for eligible designs. Contact us at support@kioraajewel.com for availability and a quotation.

8. Policy Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of our return policy.

Order Cancellations
- Within 24 hours: Full refund
- After 24 hours: Up to 10% fee
- Once production begins: Cancellation may not be possible

Custom or engraved items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
