At Kioraa Jewel LLC, each piece is crafted with precision and care. As most items are made to order, please review our shipping process carefully.

1. Shipping Availability
We ship to the United States. Shipping to other countries may be available on request; availability depends on destination and local regulations. We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipments to regions where delivery is not secure or legally permitted.

2. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States.

3. Production Timeline
All products are crafted after order confirmation:
- Standard jewelry: 10-15 business days
- Custom or engraved jewelry: 15-20 business days
Production begins only after successful payment and order confirmation.

4. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after production completion. Delivery to the United States takes an estimated 10-12 business days after dispatch. In total, allow 21 to 30 business days from the day you order for standard pieces. Custom and engraved pieces take longer, and we confirm the timing before production begins. International orders, where available, take an estimated 15-20 business days after dispatch.

5. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as FedEx and DHL. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Additional verification (ID or contact confirmation) may be required for high-value shipments.

6. Duties and Taxes
For deliveries to the United States, Kioraa Jewel LLC pays all customs duties and import taxes, so there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives. For deliveries to other countries, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes and import charges imposed by their country.

7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier; however, we maintain shipping insurance and will reasonably assist customers in resolving transit-related issues in accordance with carrier policies and applicable laws.

8. Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kioraa Jewel LLC is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

9. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Carrier disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Supply chain interruptions

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage or loss.

11. Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our international production and logistics network to ensure quality craftsmanship and global delivery.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

Kioraa Jewel LLC guarantees the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create, for one year from the date of delivery.

1. Coverage
Our limited 1-year warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Stone setting issues under normal use

2. What is Included
- Repair or replacement of defective components
- Inspection and servicing where applicable

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Loss or theft
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

4. Claims Process
Proof of purchase is required. Customers must contact support@kioraajewel.com to initiate a claim.

5. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping items to us. Return shipping is covered within the United States.

6. Repair Timeline
Repairs are typically completed within 15-20 business days.

7. Limitations
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and may be void if the item has been altered or misused.
