Standard designs in a listed ring size can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. For change-of-mind returns you pay insured return shipping; Kioraa pays for defective, incorrect or transit-damaged items. There is no restocking fee on eligible standard returns. Resizing is available for eligible designs. Contact us for availability and a quotation.

Are the diamonds lab-grown?

Yes. Every stone is a lab-grown diamond — the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour as a mined one. The difference is origin, not authenticity.

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivered in 21 to 30 business days from the day you order. Standard pieces take 10 to 15 business days to make, 1 to 3 business days to dispatch, and 10 to 12 business days for delivery in the US. Custom and engraved pieces take longer, and we confirm the timing before production begins.

Is it solid metal or plated?

Solid metal throughout, in the karat you select. Nothing in the range is plated.

How is it packaged?

In a jewellery box with care instructions and any grading documentation that applies, inside plain unbranded outer packaging.

Can I return it?

How do I care for it?
