Are the diamonds real?
Yes. Every stone is a lab-grown diamond — the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour as a mined one. The difference is origin, not authenticity.
How long will it take to arrive?
Made-to-order pieces are usually ready in around two weeks. A fully custom design takes two to four weeks depending on complexity. If you are working to a date, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what is achievable.
Is it solid metal or plated?
Solid metal throughout, in the karat you select. Nothing in the range is plated.
How is it packaged?
In a jewellery box with care instructions and any grading documentation that applies, inside plain unbranded outer packaging.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes — within 30 days, and complimentary resizing is included where the design allows it.
How do I care for it?
Store it separately, keep it away from harsh chemicals and impact, and have the setting checked if the piece takes a hard knock.
