For change-of-mind returns you pay insured return shipping; Kioraa pays for defective, incorrect or transit-damaged items. There is no restocking fee on eligible standard returns. Can lab-grown diamonds be used for an engagement ring?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond has the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour as a mined one. It tests as a diamond because it is one — the difference is origin, not authenticity.
Do you offer ring resizing?
Resizing is available for eligible designs. Contact us for availability and a quotation. Some settings resize more easily than others; full eternity and detailed pavé bands are the most constrained, so tell us if you are unsure of the size before ordering.
How is the piece packaged? Is it discreet?
Your piece arrives in a jewellery box with its care instructions and any grading documentation that applies. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded, which matters if it is a surprise.
How long will it take to arrive?
Delivered in 21 to 30 business days from the day you order. Standard pieces take 10 to 15 business days to make, 1 to 3 business days to dispatch, and 10 to 12 business days for delivery in the US. Custom and engraved pieces take longer, and we confirm the timing before production begins.
Can I customise this design?
Yes. Shape, metal, carat weight and setting are all decisions you make. For anything beyond the listed options, start a custom enquiry and our team will work through it with you.
