Can lab-grown diamonds be used for an engagement ring?

Yes. A lab-grown diamond has the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour as a mined one. It tests as a diamond because it is one — the difference is origin, not authenticity.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Yes. Complimentary resizing is included. Some settings resize more easily than others; full eternity and detailed pavé bands are the most constrained, so tell us if you are unsure of the size before ordering.

How is the piece packaged? Is it discreet?

Your piece arrives in a jewellery box with its care instructions and any grading documentation that applies. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded, which matters if it is a surprise.

How long will it take to arrive?

Made-to-order pieces are usually ready in around two weeks. A fully custom design takes two to four weeks depending on complexity. If you are working to a date, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what is achievable.

Can I customise this design?

Yes. Shape, metal, carat weight and setting are all decisions you make. For anything beyond the listed options, start a custom enquiry and our team will work through it with you.

What if it does not fit?

Contact us and we will sort it. Resizing is complimentary, and we also handle minor adjustments such as prong tightening and re-polishing.
